WALKING TOUR OF FORTKOCHI

Fort Cochin is known for being one of the first places in Kerala where foreign trade began. The heritage walk is a wonderful 1.5 km journey on foot that takes us back to the 1500s. During that time, the Portuguese, Dutch, and English were busy trading wealth in this beautiful island setting, which provided them a perfect spot to trade and relax.
As we walk, we will see various monuments that remind us of these historical events. We will also visit Fort Kochi’s seaside promenade and get a glimpse of daily life in Kochi. The walk lasts 2 hours and is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels.
